A Day in the Life!

After Savannah and I had breakfast, which was steel cut oatmeal with blueberries,
it was time for Hailey to go down for her morning nap.

Savannah wanted to go outside during her sister's naptime!

She played with bubbles....

....while Mom watched and enjoyed a soy chai latte.

She also ran around and kicked her ball, one of her favorite things to do.

And of course she had to stop to watch the bees in the bushes!

Then she was whining to go back inside, so in we went!

Hailey woke up from her nap and had some tummy time!

Savannah was feeling crafty, so she did some water paints and then play-doh.

I bounced back and forth between the two girls as the played!

My not-so-successful attempt to get a picture of all three of us!

Hailey was getting fussy so I spent some time rocking and nursing her.

Then we decided to play in the play room!

Savannah wanted to play board games, so we did Chutes and Ladders and Candyland.

Then Savannah did some free play, including this fine motor skill activity.
Then it was lunchtime!

After lunch it was nap time for both girls!

Nap time is over!! After both girls got up we went outside.
I wore Hailey in the Moby while Savannah rode her bike a bit
and then had me push her in her car. No pictures of this because
my hands were full!

Savannah wanted to watch her Jesus Storybook Bible DVD while we waited for Daddy.

Daddy is home!! Woohoo!

Kisses for Hailey!

Daddy grilled some dinner while Savannah played!

Dinner time!  We had fish, mashed potatoes, and broccoli.

A little playtime before bed, while Mom cleaned up from dinner.

After this, both girls were bathed and put to bed!
That's a typical day in our life!
