Splash Pad

We took our first summer trip to the splash pad last Thursday. There is a brand new playground and splash pad just minutes from our home. The girls had so much fun! A few friends met us there, but unfortunately there were some maintenance issues and the water wasn't turning on. After 30 minutes they gave up and left. Just as I was getting ready to do the same, the water started working! Sadly the girls weren't able to enjoy the splash pad with friends, but they were having so much fun they didn't seem to mind. I am sure we will be at the splash pad a lot this summer!

She has enough hair to make really cute french braids now!
